About our Bengals
We look for specific characteristics, traits, and features in our adult Bengals to ensure desired attributes are passed to our kittens. We take pride in raising our kittens in a healthy environment that produces sought after behavior. Our kittens health and habits are important to us as we want you to love these beautiful cats as much as we do. If you are unfamiliar with Bengals we encourage you to ask us more about them before considering one as a companion.
As Bengal enthusiasts, we are always looking to improve the breed. We work hard to produce kittens with a good temperament while maintaining the wild look of the leopard. Our focus is rearing healthy, wild looking cats by raising kittens as close to the breed standard as possible with beautiful colors, contrasting rosettes, and a strong muscular body.
All of our adult cats are TICA registered and have been genetically tested for (HCM, PK Def, PRA-b, FIV/FeLV, and Intestinal parasites) to ensure their health as well as the health of our kittens. Our kittens are raised indoors, vaccinated, dewormed, and examined by a licensed veterinarian before going to their new homes. Kittens come with a 2 year health guarantee free of genetic diseases.
We're the Nafziger's
Our first Bengal cat was the replacement to our beloved barn cat who lived a wonderful life but sadly had to be put down. We immediately fell in love with our new Bengal girl and it only took us a few weeks to realize that these cats are special. Since then we couldn't help but want to share this beautiful breed of cat with the rest of the world, and so began our Bengal journey.
We are blessed to live on a few acres in the country just outside Toledo in North West Ohio. We enjoy a simple life and have lots of other barn critters that keep us busy. You can be assured that a Northwest Bengal kitten will come with lots of self confidence as children playing and other interesting barn animals won't phase them.
All of our Bengal cats are purebred and registered through The International Cat Association (TICA). Our heart is to breed breathtaking and healthy cats in eye-catching colors and patterns as each Bengal is unique and beautiful in it's own way.
